FounderAt 21 I graduated with a Biomedical Science BSc and the realisation that I needed a career that was more people focused. I am hugely grateful that I learnt about systems thinking and now apply this to my work in HR. There are no perfect solutions or fixes, but if you use a 'whole system' approach, take the time to understand context and seek the root cause to a problem or issue you are far more likely to make positive and lasting organisational change.
With over 15 years of experience in a diverse range of industries, I am a confident HR Practitioner. I particularly enjoy implementing improvements to HR infrastructure, using software and IT systems to establish clear, efficient, people friendly processes. When everything works well it gives more time to add value elsewhere.
I set up my company to share my learnings and continue to support organisation's to flourish and their people to thrive.
